Role Overview

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring and managing key clients, and building strategic partnerships across financial institutions and digital ecosystem players. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Ultimately, you will help shape go-to-market strategies, unlock new revenue opportunities, and strengthen the company's position as a trusted risk and analytics solutions partner.

Job Description

  • Achieve revenue targets by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Develop and manage strategic accounts to drive long-term client growth and retention
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new partnership opportunities
  • Structure and negotiate commercial agreements and pricing models
  • Build relationships with financial institutions, fintech, and ecosystem partners
  • Provide market insights to support product and business strategy
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in business development or sales within financial services, fintech, or SaaS/API solutions
  • Strong understanding of credit, lending, and risk analytics environments
  • Proven negotiation and enterprise relationship management skills
  • Ability to structure complex commercial deals
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
