What You'll Do

Strategic Client Leadership & Account Growth

  • Executive Relationship Management: Act as the senior lead for Tier 1 Global Brand accounts. Build and maintain peer-level relationships with client-side Brand Heads and Directors, establishing deep trust.
  • Strategic Upsell & Cross-Sell: Take full ownership of account growth. Proactively identify and convert opportunities to expand our services from single service to Total Digital strategic partnerships.
  • High-Stakes Pitching: Lead the development and delivery of high-impact proposals, business reviews, and strategic workshops, articulating our Trifecta value proposition to senior client stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

  • Mentorship & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Planners, Business Development (BD), and Account Managers (AMs), elevating their skills to engage in higher-level strategic conversations.
  • Set the Standard: Champion a culture of excellence, ensuring all client communication and deliverables are professional and speedy, and reflect our new strategic partner positioning.
  • Build a Growth-Oriented Team: Foster a team structure capable of not only opening new accounts but also continuously driving strategic growth and upsell within them.

Who You Are

  • Min. Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of industry-related business development experience
  • New Business Development Skills: Experience in identifying and acquiring new clients, with a strong sales acumen.
  • Business acumen: Understanding of how digital marketing impacts overall business objectives.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Client management: Strong communication and relationship-building skills for client interactions.
  • Presentation Skills: Confident and engaging presentation skills to deliver compelling pitches and proposals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to stay current with rapidly changing digital marketing landscape.
