Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia for a Senior Business Development Analyst - Real Estate. The Analyst will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing real estate trends, preparing financial models, and supporting investment decisions. Additionally, the role involves creating detailed reports and presentations, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and identifying potential business opportunities to drive growth and development within SCBD.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Finance expertise
- Experience in Market Research and trend analysis
- Effective Communication and Presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in real estate development or a related field
- Familiarity with the Indonesian real estate market is a plus
