Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Real Estate Business Development professional located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing property transactions, and developing strategic plans to enhance business growth. The individual will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and overseeing the development projects within the SCBD area.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and management skills
- Experience in property, market research, and strategic planning
- Experience in making Feasibility Study
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage and oversee real estate development projects
- Knowledge of the Indonesian real estate market and relevant regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate business development
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
