Job Overview
The Partner Development Manager plays a strategic role in expanding and nurturing a high-performing cloud partner ecosystem for Huawei Cloud in Indonesia. This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships across consulting, services, solutions, and sales to drive market growth.
By analyzing market trends, ecosystem dynamics, and partner capabilities, the manager ensures continuous optimization of the partner network while driving co-innovation, go-to-market success, and industry-specific solutions. This role oversees the full partner lifecyclefrom onboarding to performance managementwhile strengthening Huawei Clouds market penetration and customer success in Indonesia.
Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Ecosystem Strategy & Development
- Identify, recruit, and expand cloud consulting, sales, service, and solution partnerships to accelerate ecosystem growth.
- Develop and implement strategic business models for partners in the Indonesian market.
- Continuously assess market trends, partner capabilities, and Huawei Clouds portfolio to enhance competitiveness.
- Foster collaboration with industry leaders and strategic partners to co-develop innovative, industry-specific cloud solutions.
- Drive market expansion, revenue growth, and Huawei Cloud brand recognition through a future-ready ecosystem.
Partner Lifecycle & Relationship Management
- Oversee the full lifecycle of cloud partners, including onboarding, enablement, operations, and performance evaluation.
- Map regional and industry ecosystems to identify and prioritize high-potential partners.
- Strengthen long-term partner relationships and ensure alignment with Huawei Clouds strategic objectives.
Partner Enablement & Talent Development
- Design and deliver training programs (online/offline) to enhance partners technical and commercial competencies.
- Support professional certification systems to strengthen partner capabilities and credibility.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution
- Collaborate with partners to design and launch solutions in the Huawei Cloud marketplace.
- Lead joint GTM initiatives, campaigns, and engagements to maximize business outcomes.
Customer Success & Operational Excellence
- Drive digital operations within the partner ecosystem to boost sales performance and engagement.
- Strengthen customer satisfaction and retention through ecosystem-driven support and innovation.
Candidate Requirements- Education: Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of business development experience, with significant exposure to cloud technologies and ecosystem management.
- Industry Expertise: Strong background in ICT and cloud services (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS), with deep knowledge of cloud ecosystems, market trends, and partner networks.
- Technical Network: Established connections within the cloud and ICT industry.
- Skills: Excellent strategic analysis, presentation, negotiation, and project management capabilities.
- Language: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Professional Attributes: Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills; proven ability to drive collaboration and achieve results in a dynamic environment.
