Senior Business Analyst

**This is a 3-6 month project, hybrid in Jakarta, Indonesia. Wealth management experience is a must have. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia & English is required.**

Project Overview

This is an opportunity to work with a global management & technology consulting firm.

They are working with a Financial Services Client with offices across Asia who are seeking to move an IT platform used in other locations into Indonesia. They now need to conduct analysis of the current platform used, gap analysis between this and the new platform and requirements creation for closing the gap for deployment into country.

To support this work, they are seeking an experienced business analyst to join them for an initial 3-6 month engagement. They require a local speaker who can be on the ground in Indonesia. You will be working within the consulting team but in close proximity to their end client. This will be a hybrid working model with some time required on-client-site in South Jakarta.

Must have

• Wealth management domain knowledge: deep understanding of private banking front office processes, i.e. onboarding, needs analysis, portfolio construction and management, servicing, relationship management etc.
• Business analysis expertise: proven ability to document workflows, conduct gap analysis, and generate accurate requirements.
• Process mining experience: skill in uncovering hidden manual processes e.g., spreadsheets, email chains through stakeholder interviews.
• Regulatory translation: ability to convert local financial regulations into technical specifications.
• Solution design acumen: experience on conducting impact analysis of new system implementation and designing localized features for global platforms.
• Stakeholder mediation: strong facilitation skills to work with business users, IT teams, and global stakeholders.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Nice-to-Have extras

• Experience with core banking integrations (e.g., transaction sync, data validation).
• Knowledge of wealth platform ecosystems (e.g., CRM, portfolio accounting).
• Change management skills for user adoption.
