You will:
- Manage day-to-day brand management tasks: campaign & sales review, online & offline brand investment monitoring, and continuous product performance analysis.
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, and Digital channels.
- Transform campaign communications into impactful brand narratives, especially during product launches.
- Lead new product development (NPD) launches
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, Purchasing, Sales, Creative and other cross-functional teams to ensure brand and business objectives are aligned.
- Conduct consumer research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities.
- Oversee 360° marketing campaigns (digital, offline, KOL, partnerships, activations, etc) from concept to execution and evaluation.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity and tone of voice across all consumer touchpoints.
- Manage brand budgets effectively and ensure all initiatives deliver strong ROI.
You are:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in branding/marketing, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle industry.
- Proven track record in brand building and delivering commercial growth.
- Experience managing product launches, integrated campaigns, and performance analysis.
- Strong knowledge of beauty industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken & written).
