Lead and develop product portfolio and concept development based on market trends, consumer needs, and business goals, ensuring strong alignment with product development and overall brand strategy.
Identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation based on consumer insights, market feedback, and trend analysis to help improve customer satisfaction and differentiation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Go-To-Market Strategies and other key stakeholders to align on product vision, ensuring strategic coherence and executional readiness across the organization.
Coordinate and monitor new product development activities to ensure each project follows the planned schedule, meets required timelines, and delivers a successful launch.
Manage the end-to-end process of prototyping, testing, and quality validation to ensure product readiness and performance standards.
Manage project management initiatives to ensure project delivery aligns with defined specifications / quality (efficacy, safety, sensorial, packaging), timelines, and budget constraints.
Manage and maintain governance and oversight of administrative, regulatory, and documentation requirements to uphold compliance and operational efficiency throughout the product development lifecycle.
Responsible for the manpower planning and its development (coaching, mentoring, counselling) as well as conducting periodic reviews to manage the team's performances.

Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacist, Biology, Chemistry, General Practitioner
5-6 years Product Innovation / Development field, proven 2 years experience in managerial level.
Having strong interest about cosmetic/skincare products.
