Job Description
- Conceptualize, execute & manage multiple high impact projects, ensuring smooth implementation and measurable results.
- Translate strategic directions into actionable plans and drive end-to-end project execution from planning to evaluation.
- Conduct data-driven analysis and operational deep-dives across multiple creator programs to uncover insights and opportunities.
- Perform competitive intelligence and provide recommendations to strengthen our strategy.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful and scalable initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related major, with 3+ years of experience.
- Previous experience in strategy/management consulting, startup, e-commerce, or a similar field is preferred.
- Strong interest in the e-commerce and content industry.
- Excellent project management and strategic thinking skills; able to turn complex problems into actionable plans.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with the capability to turn data into meaningful business insights.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; prior partnership experience is a plus.
- Collaborative, self-driven, and proactive in identifying and executing growth opportunities.
