Our production facility in Cikarang boasts global-level manufacturing competitiveness with state-of-the-art automation, aseptic management, and quality tracking systems. Indonesian production personnel build expertise through rigorous training and hands-on experience, and outstanding talents are offered opportunities to work at our headquarters in Korea. Currently, approximately 150 Indonesian production specialists are actively working in Korea. We are seeking talented individuals to join us at the forefront of the global pharmaceutical industry, creating fast, safe, and innovative medicines.
Your Role in This Journey
We, Selatox R&D Team, is looking for individuals with growth potential who can adapt quickly to changing enviroment and proactively respond by demonstrating learning/communication/collaboration/execution skills.
Responsibilities:
• Lead research planning, project coordination, and the development of research strategies and roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential collaboration opportunities with universities, research institutes, and industry partners.
• Scout and advance research pipelines by identifying promising technologies and opportunities.
• Search for and assess companies or institutions with formulation technologies and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct literature reviews, technology scouting, and market/technology trend analysis.
• Prepare reports, presentation materials, and internal documentation related to research planning and collaboration.
• Drive research strategy and planning aligned with company objectives.
• Manage and support contract-related tasks with external partners.
• Facilitate communication among internal teams and external collaborators.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
1. Education: Master's degree or higher
2. Major: Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or other related fields.
3. Experience: At least 5-10 years experience in:
• Research planning or R&D project coordination.
• Technology scouting, open innovation, or collaboration with external partners
• Technology evaluation, including formulation, platforms, DDS, or related fields
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology research and development
4. Ability to review scientific literature, analyze technologies, and prepare reports or presentations.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
6. Proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in open innovation, technology scouting, or industry–academia collaboration
2. Understanding of Drug Delivery Systems (DDS) or formulation technologies
3. Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology R&D environments
4. Experience in preparing research proposals, technical reports, or presentation materials
5. Experience in project management or cross-functional coordination
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Selatox is Indonesia's first specialized company for botulinum toxin.
