Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert agronomic advisory to estate operations and management.
- Lead and implement research & development programs to improve yield, sustainability, and efficiency.
- Oversee the operation of the agronomy laboratory, ensuring accurate analysis and innovation in best practices.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated agronomists.
- Shape and drive the companys technical and strategic direction in agronomy.
- Collaborate with plantation management to translate agronomic insights into operational success.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related fields.
- Minimum 15 years of proven experience in oil palm agronomy.
- Strong knowledge of soil science, crop nutrition, and sustainable plantation practices.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
