Sales Supervisor Bangka Belitung

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving product sales within the Bangka Belitung area and surrounding regions.
• Monitor market conditions, customer demand, and competitor performance in the assigned territory.
• Conduct outlet mapping and identify potential outlets for business development.
• Identify opportunities for expanding into new areas or regions.
• Visit and inspect new outlets to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Implement sales, marketing, and tinting programs effectively.
• Handle complaints and feedback from outlets and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Monitor the resolution of outlet complaints by other departments and provide updates to outlets as needed.
• Supervise and ensure the availability of sales tools and company branding materials at outlets.
• Oversee sales administration and product delivery processes.
• Record and input customer transactions accurately.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (any major).
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the paint or building materials manufacturing industry.
• Prior experience in building material sales is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
