Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver geospatial solutions to clients, including GIS software, application development, and data analysis.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospect research and outreach to product demonstrations, negotiations, and securing purchase orders (POs).
- Target diverse industries, including survey & mapping, natural resources, retail, civil engineering & construction, as well as government institutions and other sectors.
- Meet quarterly targets for prospect outreach, meetings/demos scheduled, and POs closed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in geospatial science, business, marketing, technology, or a related field.
- Preferably knowledgeable in geospatial concepts or a fast learner capable of quickly grasping geospatial principles.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in B2B solution selling.
- Skilled in lead generation, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and effectively communicating complex geospatial solutions to clients.
- Proficient in conducting market research to identify current client needs.
- Creative in formulating projects or solutions leveraging geospatial concepts.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and basic sales tools, with the ability to create professional emails and presentations.
- Comfortable working under pressure to meet tight targets and thrive in a competitive, time-sensitive performance evaluation environment.
- Fluent in English; Japanese language skills are a strong advantage.
