Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Oversee and manage relationships with existing modern outlet accounts to ensure sales targets and visibility goals are met.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth in assigned outlets, including promotional activities and in-store displays.
- Distributor Coordination: Collaborate with distributors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to modern outlets, resolving any issues that arise.
- Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance metrics for each outlet, preparing reports and providing insights to management for strategic decisions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats within the modern outlet channel.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in modern outlets to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promotional Planning: Develop and execute promotional plans and events tailored to modern outlets, aligning with broader marketing strategies and goals.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate with sales promotion staff across different outlets, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and effectively executing their roles.
- Stock Management: Monitor and manage stock levels in modern outlets to prevent stockouts or overstock situations, working closely with inventory teams.
Requirement: Experience in sales min 2 years; managing account min a year; managing people min a year, and minimum bachelor degree from any major.
