Role Overview
HCLTech Indonesia is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive new business and expand client relationships across sectors in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of business development and account management, deep knowledge of technology services and solutions, and the ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles across verticals from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and execute account strategies to expand business with existing customers and acquire new logos.
- Engage with CXOs, business leaders, and decision-makers to understand business priorities and position HCLTechs solutions.
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and solutioning teams to create compelling proposals and differentiated solutions.
- Achieve revenue growth, profitability, and sales targets in line with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies to position HCLTech as a trusted partner.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years of proven sales experience in IT services/solutions.
- Strong hunter and farmer capabilities proven success in acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.
- Strong understanding of technology-led solutions Cloud, Digital Transformation, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to manage C-level relationships and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in the Indonesia / ASEAN market preferred.
