Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual sales strategies and business plans.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
  • Identify market opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to drive business growth.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
  • Ensure effective execution of sales initiatives and customer engagement programs.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
  • Master's Degree (MBA) is an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales.

Minimum 2 years in a leadership role such as Sales Supervisor, Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or Sales Manager.

Proven experience in one or more of the following industries:

  • Medical Devices
  • Healthcare Solutions
  • Pharmaceutical Distribution
  • Laboratory Equipment
  • Healthcare Services
  • Consumer Healthcare Products
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
