About The Role:

To acquire new enterprise merchants for DOKU by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities through a hunter-based sales approach, while also supporting junior sales team members and contributing to enterprise sales strategy execution.

What Will You Do:

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify enterprise-level merchant opportunities across strategic verticals.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from outreach to deal closure, including proposal development, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Develop deep relationships with key decision-makers, especially at the C-level, to understand client needs and position DOKU's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Risk, Legal, Finance, Tech) to build customized payment solutions that meet merchant requirements.
  • Lead deal structuring and pricing discussions, ensuring terms are competitive and aligned with revenue objectives.
  • Build and manage sales pipelines, ensuring accuracy of reporting and forecasting to the VP of Enterprise Sales.
  • Mentor Enterprise Sales Supervisors & Officers, guiding prospecting activities and sharing best practices.
  • Conduct market intelligence gathering to identify trends, potential accounts, and competitor positioning.
  • Represent DOKU in business events and networking forums to strengthen brand positioning and generate leads

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years in a sales or business development role, with experience managing merchant relationships.
  • Willing to work from the office in Jakarta.
