Work Location: WFO North Jakarta (Mangga Dua Area)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly & annual targets
- Monitor forecasts, and manage sales budget planning
- Lead and manage retail teams (Sales Supervisor, Sales Promotors, Beauty Advisors)
- Design and implement sales training programs and conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and drive performance improvement
- Monitor store & team performance to ensure KPI targets are achieved
- Maintain and grow reseller network to increase distribution and revenue
- Handle Modern Trade & General Trade channels
- Ensure excellent in-store customer experience
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity
- Manage key retail partners and negotiate commercial agreements
- Collaborate with Marketing for promotions and product launches
- Oversee both offline retail and e-commerce sales performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience as Sales Manager in Beauty Retail Industry
- Strong leadership & multi-store management experience
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong analytical, negotiation & communication skills
- Willing to work mobile and travel for business trips
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
