Job Descriptions:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Manage, lead, and motivate the sales team to deliver optimal performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the client network.
- Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis of the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional and sales strategies.
- Handle negotiations with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for the sales team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Management, Business, or Marketing.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in the F&B or HoReCa industry is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong networking skills and solid understanding of the market.
