Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager to grow our business. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in expanding our presence in the marketespecially in the dynamic F&B industry. Job Descriptions:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  2. Manage, lead, and motivate the sales team to deliver optimal performance.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the client network.
  4. Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  5. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis of the sales team.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional and sales strategies.
  7. Handle negotiations with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for the sales team.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Management, Business, or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience in the F&B or HoReCa industry is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong networking skills and solid understanding of the market.
