Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Marketing or Business.
- Min. 3 years as a Sales Manager in Retail Fashion industry is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email management.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and implementation.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and characteristics of retail fashion products.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly resilient, proactive, and disciplined.
- Willing to work with highmobility and flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data, target achievements, stock levels, events, team performance, customer database, and other related metrics.
- Provide recommendations for sales targets and strategies, as well as define and develop operational strategies.
- Recommend new models, review sample results, and determine order quantities.
- Deliver ongoing training and guidance to Sales Consultants.
- Evaluate the sales performance of Supervisors and Bocorocco Consultants.
- Ensure the sales team adheres to all company policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with all external customers.
- Ensure smooth execution of events and bazaars.
