The APAC team brings together commercial, technical, and marketing colleagues from across the region, each with diverse backgrounds, expertise, and a shared commitment to customer success. Together, we deliver impactful solutions in feed enzymes, probiotics, and silage inoculantsalways with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and sustainability. In This Role Youll Make An Impact By
- Responsible for maintaining existing business with key accounts / business partners.
- Responsible for developing new business with strategic target accounts with the geographic area of responsibility.
- Maintains in-depth high-level contacts with key end users and influencers, keeping them informed of price trends, new products and applications.
- Investigates customer complaints and solves routine industry problems on site. This includes, but is not limited to, new product applications, marketing efforts, new facilities, price trends, and key industry personnel.
- Be responsible for delivering the sales targets for Animal Biosolutions (poultry, swine, cattle, silage) industry and the sales target of silage on a year-to-year basis.
- Provides timely sales forecasts, reports and information as required.
- Reports to work on time and works overtime as required and if required to travel for business.
- Closely cooperate with sales / technical team in APAC and Global Animal Biosolutions BU regarding sales / technical support
Potentially Relevant Experience
- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-range goals.
- Must have enough technical skills to know the right questions to ask of customers.
- Must be a self-starter with drive and initiative, Team player and work with little supervision.
- Must have a passion for the animal production and feed industry.
- Provides excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Possess a working knowledge in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to travel up to 40 - 50% of working time.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment
- Proven record of cross-country collaboration, comprehensive spoken and written English
