Key Responsibilities:
Channel Strategy & Development:
- Develop and execute annual/quarterly sales strategies and plans for the assigned region to achieve sales targets.
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and develop new channel partners (including distributors, wholesalers, major retailers, chain supermarkets, new retail platforms, etc.), establishing solid cooperative relationships to expand market coverage.
- Analyze, optimize, and consolidate existing sales channels to enhance channel efficiency and output.
Key Account Management:
- Directly manage and maintain relationships with key accounts in the region, engaging in deep strategic partnerships.
- Lead business negotiations with major clients, sign annual cooperation agreements, and ensure effective contract execution.
Sales Target & Performance Management:
- Take full ownership of key regional performance indicators (KPIs), including sales revenue, profit, and market share, conducting regular reviews and analyses.
- Manage product inventory and pricing systems within the region to ensure channel order and protect partners profit margins.
