Join us as Technical Sales Manager - Animal BioSolutions, Indonesia
In This Role Youll Make An Impact By
- Provides technical assistance to Novonesis Animal BioSolutions Team in Indonesia including education, training, and interpretation of research to continually improve knowledge and skill sets.
- Supports sales team in growing and maintaining business. Understands, supports, and executes the selling process.
- Positions key Novonesis products to consulting nutritionists, veterinarians, and feed companies to increase recommendations of branded products. Maintains an active list of contacts with poultry nutritionists, veterinarians, academic thought leaders, and other key industry opinion leaders.
- Collaborates with Animal BioSolutions APAC Marketing and Technical Services team, at Regional and Global levels on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to expand and/or enhance our brand portfolio and recognition.
- Leads development and implementation of protocols and monitors Novonesis research studies at university or contract research facilities.
- Assists in development and review of technical and sales materials.
- Participates in professional trade associations and committees related to Animal production.
- Creates and presents scientific presentations as needed.
- Assists in developing and supporting company positioning.
- Prepares reports as required including objectives, meeting summaries, and expenses.
To Succeed You Must Hold
- Characteristics acquired through an advanced degree in Veterinary / agriculture science (DVM). Experience in swine production, technical services advice, and feed additives business development.
- BSc degree or above, 5+ years functional/technical experience in the industry, preferably experience from a multinational company
- Strong technical knowledge within field or strong industry background and connections
- Experience in Animal production, feed formulation, feed additives, and nutritional strategies to optimize animal performance.
- Desirable experience with silage inoculants and/or ruminant feed additives at farm and distribution levels.
- Energetic Proactive driver who through example sets ambitious targets, are well-organized and can communicate effectively both internally as well as externally
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
