What Youll Actually Do:

  • Fuel Sales Growth: You&aposll be the engine behind our revenue growth by designing and executing compelling trade marketing programs. This means developing promotions, merchandising strategies, and activation plans that resonate with our trade partners and delight consumers at the point of sale.
  • Turn Data into Power Moves: Dive deep into sales data, market performance, and channel insights. You love Excel and are good with numbers, so your analytical insights will guide our strategy, optimize trade spend, and ensure we&aposre hitting our sales targets.
  • Drive Strategy to Drive Revenue Growth: You&aposll contribute directly to shaping our go-to-market approach, identifying opportunities to expand our presence and boost sales through strategic channel initiatives. Your ideas will directly impact the bottom line.
  • Own the Relationship: Youll be the key liaison between brand strategy and sales execution. This means you&aposre comfortable engaging, influencing, and building strong relationships with senior sales leaders and trade partners to ensure flawless execution in the field.
  • Craft Compelling Presentations: You&aposll be the one who create the presentation that translates complex data and trade plans into clear, impactful stories for internal stakeholders and leadership, demonstrating the effectiveness of your strategies.
  • Master the Details: Your attention to detail will be crucial in managing budgets, tracking performance, and ensuring every program is executed flawlessly and on time.

  • 12 years of experience in trade marketing, sales enablement, or a related commercial role, youve got the basics and are hungry for more.
  • Youre analytical and strategic, with a proven ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable trade plans.

  • You communicate clearly and can build strong relationships with sales teams and senior stakeholders.
