Adecco Indonesia is representing a global brand in residential and commercial water treatment company entering a new growth phase within the Indonesia's market in the looking for a Sales Manager and will be placed in Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across B2C and B2B channels, including architects, developers, and interior design firms.
- Manage and support the national distributor, ensuring strong execution and performance.
- Utilize the showroom for product demos, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
- Localize and execute regional commercial strategies for the Indonesia market.
- Identify market opportunities and build relationships in the construction and design ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in related fields
- 2-3 years of experience in managerial positions
- Fluent Mandarin (spoken & written) mandatory.
- Strong B2B sales experience, ideally in building materials, home appliances, or related industries.
- Experience managing distributors or channel partners.
- Ability to handle both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
