Responsibilities:

  • This role will focus on distribution sales into the region by finding new customers/routes to market, monitoring market movements, and building relationships with existing customers (Industrial B2B Food Manufacturing).
  • Aid in the development of the short and long-term plans for the business and deliver the business objectives of profit growth, market share growth for existing markets, coverage of new markets, sustaining share through new product introduction.
  • Aid in the development and implementation of a sales strategy for our industrial dairy ingredient solutions including sales volumes/values and pricing strategy.
  • Delivery of the budgeted sales metrics - customer wise, grade wise
  • Identify new business opportunities within the existing and in new geographic territories and market channels.
  • To work closely with relevant internal departments to ensure efficient operation in terms of: product availability, storage, delivery & after sales service with ie: Finance, Tax & Warehouse Team
  • Engagement with wholesalers, semi-wholesalers to track local pricing and local demand.
  • Actively track competition activity in the region.
  • Manage shipment/logistics issues with custom that may come up
  • Perform other job-related duties as needed

Requirements

  • Minimal Diploma/Bachelor in Management/Food Technology/Economy
  • 3 years of Industrial sales/key account management experience preferably in B2B food & agri-business.
  • Understanding relevant food industries contacts
  • Comfort level in basic Office + CRM (Customer Relationship Management), ie: Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Regional experience coverage across Java and Sumatra
  • Strong mathematical skills and business acumen
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in managing complex relationships with internal and external Flexibility to travel to relevant locations regularly
  • Dairy products sales experience is advantageous
  • Fluent Bahasa & English speaker
