We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our growing IT Outsourcing team. This role is responsible for identifying business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and managing relationships to deliver IT outsourcing solutions tailored to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT outsourcing services (software development, IT support, managed services, staffing, etc.)
  • Conduct sales presentations and propose IT solutions based on client requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, closing, and handover to delivery team
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Coordinate with technical and recruitment teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction

Requirements
  • Minimum 13 years experience in B2B sales (IT outsourcing / IT services preferred)
  • Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, technology solutions, or IT staffing
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Familiar with CRM tools and MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field is a plus
