Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive (Automotive) role located in Gambir. The Sales Executive will actively generate leads, build and maintain relationships with automotive customers, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, presenting product offerings, negotiating terms, and ensuring excellent customer service to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborating with the sales team and contributing to the achievement of company goals will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and customer needs within the sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client discovery and relationship building
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools
  • Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple clients effectively
  • Results-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is highly advantageous
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, with English language skills as a plus
