Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Executive with a passion for modern beverages and strong storytelling ability. This role is ideal for someone who is charismatic, relationship-driven, and capable of translating product value into compelling sales conversations. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and strengthening client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients (cafés, restaurants, retailers, bubble tea chains, etc.)
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Indonesia
  • Present and sell our product portfolio to prospective clients
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions and campaigns
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in beverage or FMCG distribution)
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and pipeline management
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to create persuasive sales decks and proposals
  • Knowledge of beverage industry trends is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation is preferred (not mandatory)

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
