We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling the company's costs to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to budget and cost control procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and verify stock usage.
- Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and financial analysis for management.
- Collaborate with purchasing, finance, and operations teams to optimize cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost control, preferably in hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
