Sales Executive will report to Sales Manager.
Sales Executive responsible to increase revenue by selling tickets, group bookings, and corporate events. This Position will build relationships with clients like travel agencies and event planners, provide great customer service, and use effective sales strategies to meet targets. Sales Executive also work with the marketing team, give persuasive sales presentations, and keep track of sales records and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase ticket sales and group bookings.
- Build relationships with clients like travel agencies and event planners.
- Provide top-notch customer service and address client queries and issues.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotions and drive sales.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate deals, and close agreements.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and coordinate with other departments.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as Sales Executive in hospitality or tourism Industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of the theme park industry especialy for Central Java Area.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours.
- Bachelor&aposs degree preferred, but not always required.
- Willing to be placed in Solo, Central Java Area.
