We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in Technology, SaaS, or AI to join our team. This role focuses on driving end-to-end B2B business development, from lead generation to client retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and pitch products to C-Level/HR in the B2B segment.
- Negotiate, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Build long-term client relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Manage pipeline via CRM, analyze sales data, and prepare reports.
- Collaborate internally for solution delivery and represent the company at business events.
- Stay adaptable to products, SOPs, and tech industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with 12 years of B2B BD/Sales experience (preferably in Tech/SaaS).
- Proven track record in end-to-end sales and achieving targets.
- Proficient in CRM, proposals, presentations, and business communication (English IS A MUST).
- Solution-oriented, adaptable, disciplined, proactive, with a growth mindset.
- Willing to work onsite in Jakarta, flexible for client meetings, experienced in consultative selling.
- Strong network in HR Tech/SaaS and tech-savvy (AI/digital tools are a plus).
