PT Mitra Berdaya Optima (MBO)

We are a consulting firm specializing in consultancy, training, and system development aligned with ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards. In essence, we help clients implement ISO standards and achieve certification. Based in Yogyakarta, we operate as a B2B business and have successfully assisted over 300 organizations in the past five years.

B2B Sales (Customer Relationship Specialist)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients for MBOs training and consulting services
  • Conduct sales meetings to understand client needs, present training solutions, and close deals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of MBOs training services

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any field (preferably in business, marketing, or a related area)
  • Min. 1 year of experience as a Sales Specialist, Online Deal Maker, Customer Success Manager, or in a similar sales role
  • Experience in B2B sales or the training industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to be placed in Yogyakarta
