Job Description

We are a manufacturing company specializing in offset printing, packaging, paper bags, corrugated boxes, and high-quality food packaging. We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate B2B Sales Executive to grow together with us.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B market, particularly in packaging and paper bags (F&B, Cosmetics, Retail, FMCG, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across various industries (e.g., F&B, retail, e-commerce, printing, and manufacturing).
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions tailored to client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Understanding of the offset printing industry is a strong advantage.
  • Highly disciplined in reporting, follow-ups, and customer acquisition.
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
