Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Kecamatan Borobudur. The Sales Executive will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong client relationships. Responsibilities include prospecting and securing corporate and individual clients, preparing sales proposals, managing partnerships, and meeting sales targets. This role also requires collaboration with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain the hotel's high standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Customer relationship management and client engagement abilities to establish and maintain key partnerships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry, particularly in hotel and luxury travel services.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in an on-site, dynamic, and team-oriented work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Javanese culture and traditions is a plus, but not required.
