Position Description: Responsible for managing and developing relationships with Chinese-speaking customers to drive sales growth and build long-term business partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Successfully generate business from both new and existing customer accounts.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written), must have.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields.
- Experience in Sales/Account Management is an advantage.
- Strong interest in B2B sales and customer relationship management
- Proactive, communicative, and eager to grow
- Willing to be placed in Semarang.
