Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive for Education, based in Surakarta. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales leads and developing strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions. Responsibilities include conducting presentations, collaborating with team members, managing educational product portfolios, meeting sales targets, and supporting clients with tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and customer relationship management skills, including lead generation and account management
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of educational products and familiarity with the education sector is preferred
  • Proficient in time management, organization, and multitasking to meet deadlines and drive results
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales for the education sector is an advantage
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required, English proficiency is a strong advantage
