  • Handle and analyze partnership requests from both internal and external parties through various communication channels.
  • Conduct outreach and build professional relationships with potential partners, merchants, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Execute daily merchant acquisition processes based on prospect databases, from identification and engagement to closing.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process and monitor product usage to meet performance targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on acquisition progress and merchant performance, including both active and upcoming merchants.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and strategy execution.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor&aposs degree (S1).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (able to build relationships, persuade, and close deals).
  • Proactive and strategic thinker with a high level of initiative, opportunity-seeking, and adaptability.
  • Willing to work based on performance targets.
  • Able to analyze problems effectively and provide solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level or higher.
