Our client, a real estate development company specializing in high-return villas and hotels, is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with expertise in the Australian market.
As a Sales Executive, you will drive sales to Australian buyers, manage the full sales cycle, and promote premium Bali real estate. Your key role is to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years&apos sales experience in real estate, property investment, or related industries.
- Proven track record selling to the Australian market.
- Open to both local and expat candidates.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a focus on results.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting Australian buyers and investors.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client engagement to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Australian clients, agents, and partners.
- Promote our premium Bali real estate projects through online and offline channels.
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings (in-person and virtual).
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.
