Job Description Summary
This role at Cushman & Wakefield involves supporting the implementation of marketing and sales strategies to optimize property sales and leasing outcomes. Responsibilities include identifying customer profiles, benchmarking property prices against comparable assets, advising clients on market conditions and legal matters, and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

About the Role:
- To provide input into the implementation of the marketing and sales strategy, to ensure we meet our objectives and property sales/rental opportunities are handled to the benefit of project.
- To participate in development of systems and processes to identify potential customers - their profiles and requirements so that products and services are highly marketable and sales targets are achieved.
- To provide comparison for the targeted property with similar properties that have recently sold / leased, in order to determine its competitive market price/rental.
- To establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization (Jakarta office & regional offices) and with clients, external agencies, in order to promote property sales/lease and achieve targets.
- To advise clients on market conditions, prices / rentals, legal requirements and related matters.
About You
- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Urban & City Planning, Real Estate Finance/Development or related disciplines.
- Proven track record with at least 4 years experience, preferably in Valuations
