Job Description

Our client is a Series A property technology company transforming how institutional real estate owners manage utilities across thousands of rental properties. They operate in the single-family rental space, serving property managers overseeing portfolios from 150 to 50,000 units with an API-driven platform that automates utility turn-ons, turn-offs, bill pay, and accounting reconciliation. After six years of referral-only growth, they launched their SMB sales motion last year and are now scaling fast with a 28-day average sales cycle and strong product-market fit. This is a high-volume, high-support SDR role with all the infrastructure in place—leads, sequences, scripts, and real-time coaching tools already built for you.

Need to have qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of outbound sales experience with a proven track record of hitting KPIs
  • Strong English communication skills with a neutral or easily understood accent
  • Experience cold calling at high volume (120+ calls per day)
  • Demonstrated ability to book qualified meetings consistently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Self-starter who thrives with clear structure and coaching

Nice to have:

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM
  • Familiarity with parallel dialers or Nooks
  • Background in B2B SaaS, PropTech, or real estate technology
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment

Responsibilities:

  • Make 120-140 outbound calls per day using a parallel dialer to book discovery meetings with property managers and real estate owners
  • Enroll prospects into pre-built email sequences in HubSpot (no custom writing required)
  • Book 20-25 qualified discovery meetings per month with decision-makers at property management companies
  • Confirm meeting attendance and ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives
  • Review recorded calls and implement real-time feedback from AI-powered coaching tools
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on messaging and conversion optimization
