Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Consultant. The position is based in Kelurahan Penjaringan, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include consulting with potential clients to understand their automotive needs, providing tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery, and maintaining strong communication to build long-lasting relationships. The Sales Consultant will also support customers in the decision-making process and ensure a high level of after-sales service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Consulting and a proven ability to tailor solutions based on client needs
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and exceptional Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Consulting to assist clients in making informed decisions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is advantageous
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly luxury vehicles, is a plus
- Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
