Education Sales Consultant (TikTok Live)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Sales Consultant specializing in TikTok Live. This position is based in Jakarta and involves engaging with potential customers via TikTok Live sessions. Responsibilities include promoting educational products and services, addressing customer inquiries, delivering compelling sales pitches, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Consultant will also work closely with the team to devise and execute sales strategies tailored for the platform.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting to guide and influence customer decisions
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive experience
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging effectively with a diverse audience
• Experience with live-streamed sales or social media platforms (such as TikTok Live) is highly desirable
• Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the education industry is a plus
• High school diploma or higher qualifications in a relevant discipline
