Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Consultant for Tourism Objects will be responsible for providing consultancy to tourism clients, enhancing customer satisfaction, identifying sales opportunities, nurturing relationships, and addressing customer needs. The role also involves assisting clients with solutions that improve business operations and visitor experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Consulting, Customer Satisfaction, and Consulting to drive business results
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities for engaging and supporting clients
- Proven ability to assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities
- Previous experience in the tourism or technology industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
