Roboshop Operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for Roboshop vending machines.
• Analyze sales and performance data for actionable insights.
• Localize and execute Roboshop SOPs for the Indonesian market.
• Replenish vending machine stock and manage inventory flow.
• Operate backend vending systems.
• Configure machines, product placements, and event settings.
• Plan and execute machine-based promotional events.
• Conduct regular machine inspections, maintenance, and hygiene checks.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
• Manage display and merchandising based on brand and campaign needs.

Job Requirements:

• English proficiency required; Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
• Familiarity with inventory and stock management systems.
• Experience with vending machine systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and multitasking capability.
• Willing to conduct regular site visits and hands-on troubleshooting.
