Location: South Tangerang, Indonesia
Job Purpose: Provide day-to-day administrative support for Freight Forwarding Operation Team
Key Tasks
- Under close guidance and supervision, provide administrative support on processes and activities for export & import shipment operation.
- Perform generally repetitive routine activity such as shipment document arrangement.
- Manage communication with internal stakeholder as required
Skills & Requirement
- Ms Office Suite specially Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Well versed of written & verbal English
- Good time management and self-discipline
- Good communication skill
Qualifications & Key Requirements
- Education Level: University students from any major in their last semesters - logistics or supply chain background will be prioritized
- Experience Level: Campus organizational experience, internship experience will be additional value
- Internship Period: Ready to commit for 6-12 months internship period
