Job Description
- Develop and manage Automotive Financing Risk data structure, dashboard and reporting.
- Support strategic projects related to Automotive Financing business setup.
- Support the development of Automotive Financing credit/risk System, coordinate with cross functions.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across functions.
- Analyze Automotive Financing portfolio to uncover trends, correlations, and insights to support strategic decision-making. Including but not limited to credit losses, collateral gaps and required credit provisions for the automotive portfolio.
- Transform data-driven findings into actionable recommendations for key stakeholders across the organization.
- Support adhoc tasks and analysis related to Automotive Financing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from reputable university in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or Computer Science.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as analyst in automotive industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as excel / SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically and creatively to address emerging risks.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders both in Bahasa and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple cases under tight deadlines.
