JOB SUMMARY
These positions is responsible for reaching out and making decks for partnerships with clients. For each project, the Sales - Business Development Senior and Associate does some background research, opportunities, and possibilities to provide sustainability services. Implement strategies to generate leads and increase clients. End with support sales fulfillment as the main goal.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients Relation
- Generate leads for clients, research & execute business sales initiatives (majorly upcycling sustainability as a service) and support sales order process.
- Creating pitch decks for sales and partnerships for the client, that connects and add value to their company, including value to our sustainability offering.
- Help with partnership and campaign (webinar or partnership) to engage potential clients & increase inbound leads
- Developing relationships with clients by attending to client needs, including developing project's budgets and timelines
- Preparing and presenting proposal for client, including negotiating terms & condition, until closing
- Ensuring all account problems are properly addressed
- Reporting and recording all sales & client's activities
- Seeking options to increase the account's value through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
- List sales leads and outreach to clients by finding associations and partners in the ecosystem to cross sell / resell our products
- Organizing regular client meetings to ensure excellent customer service and maintaining relationship with clients aftersales
- Responsible for all documentations and admin stuff in relations to the clients / projects, including to maintain, update CRM sheets & track sales order status & outreach status
- Maintaining and delivering a clear communication between clients & company in a proper manner, both written and verbal.
Project Management
- Coordinating internal tasks related to each client to ensure clients receive products and services.
- Work closely with production team ensuring client sales fulfillment & orders while communicating production processes to ensure quality goods
- Ensuring costs are per budgeted in accordance with Client demands
- Communicate & work with impact & marketing team to create collaterals & impact reports for clients or partners
- Work with finance for product costing, negotiation & invoicing for clients
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field
- Ability to exercise good judgment in evaluating situations, advance communication skills, problem-solving skills and making decisions
- Minimum 4 year experience in sales & business development
- Accurate attention to detail
- Proven ability to prepare and present pitch decks / presentation decks (PPT, Canva)
- Comfortable meeting clients in person and working in a mobile, client-facing environment
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
- Creative, able to work in fast-paced, and work as a team
- Proficiency or must be adept in common software applications such as MS Office (WORD and EXCEL, PPT, and Canva
