About The Role
Job Summary
The Accounting Sr. Officer is responsible for supporting accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role ensures compliance with accounting standards and supports audits and month-end close activities. This job profile is intended for experienced professionals who apply practical knowledge of a job area and work independently with general supervision.
Purpose And Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Compliance Prepare and review monthly cashflow forecast
- Ensure management reports are completed in accordance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all financial information into the Group reporting software Tagetik
- Review GL postings, reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries to ensure proper accounting treatment.
- Oversee fixed asset accounting, depreciation, disposals, and periodic asset verification.
- Controlling & Analysis Perform financial analysis, variance analysis (actual vs budget/forecast), and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including coordination with internal stakeholders. Monitor cost control initiatives and track performance against KPIs.
- Process, Internal Controls & Audit Implement, monitor, and strengthen internal controls across finance processes.
- Take ownership of internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings.
- Maintain accurate and complete accounting documentation per company and regulatory requirements.

- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Indonesian tax regulations, and statutory reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.

Qualifications/Experience And Knowledge Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in D365 systems is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting audits (external/internal).
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or similar) is an advantage.
